**Job Title**: Live-In Building Superintendent
**Location**: Scarborough Residential Complex

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a **Live-In Building Superintendent** to manage the daily operations and maintenance of a residential complex in Scarborough. This role is essential in ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and efficiently operated. The superintendent will live on-site and serve as a primary point of contact for residents, staff, and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of the complex.
- Conduct regular inspections of **mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, and building systems** to ensure safety and functionality.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and building staff.
- Keep detailed records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide professional and courteous communication with residents, staff, and management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in building operations, maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, and building systems**.
- **Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin (required).**:

- **English at a basic to intermediate level.**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
