We are currently looking for enthusiastic team players who stay curious and thrive on being part of a busy environment to join our Customer Care Team as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support our Spanish speaking customers with their concerns and questions.
- Approach each inquiry with positivity and a genuine solutions-focus.
- Confidently use a multitude of systems and related software to effectively manage all inquiries.
- Share customer feedback and issue trends openly to support continued business growth.
- Collaborate and interact with members of the team in efforts to creating meaningful solutions and timely responses.
- Actively contribute and engage with the team as a team player and a supporter of continued excellence.
**Requirements**:
- 2 years in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Empathetic, positive, and consistent with every interaction receiving the same level of attention and exceptional service.
- Top notch organizational and multitasking skills.
- Active listener, and problem solver, with a true desire to help others.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
