We're looking for a **Special Projects & Operations Manager** to ensure our company runs at peak efficiency while fostering an inspiring and engaging work environment. **What You Will Do**:
**Strategic Planning & Special Projects - Drive Big-Picture Success**
- Support the operationalization of the company's strategic plan
- Lead the implementation of special projects designed to drive 10x improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to optimize internal workflows and remove inefficiencies.
- Support leadership in decision-making by providing data-backed recommendations.
- Take ownership of high-impact projects that push the business forward.

**Operations & Process Optimization - Drive Peak Efficiency**
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implementing scalable, 10x improvements.
- Research and deploy automation tools to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Own office operations, ensuring smooth workplace functionality (office access, internet, security, and supplies).
- Maintain and enforce office policies, proactively resolving workplace challenges.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for all office-related needs.

**Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Insights**
- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to track business KPIs, trends, and employee engagement.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership for process improvements and strategic planning.
- Monitor and optimize meeting structures, team performance metrics, and workflow effectiveness.
- Support business roadmap tracking, ensuring alignment with company goals.

**Culture & Employee Engagement - Build an Amazing Workplace**
- Plan and execute team events, recognition programs, and quarterly socials to boost engagement.
- Organize All-Hands meetings and team-building activities to enhance collaboration.
- Work closely with HR to support onboarding, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

**Who You Are**:

- 3-5 years' experience in business operations, strategy, data analysis, or process improvement.
