**Job Summary**

**What is the opportunity?**

As part of the National Tax Services team with RBC Royal Trust, the Tax Administrator provides efficient administrative support to a team of Tax Managers. You will be accountable for accurate data and file management to help support the preparation and administration of a large number of tax returns. Being a tech-savvy individual with attention to detail and experience with electronic filing and digital documentation are key components of this position.

**What will you do?**
- Maintain digital tax folders and export key documents
- Sort and scan Canada Post mail and digital mail
- Act as the support resource to Tax Managers
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets and Adobe documents
- Organize digital data and runs
- Assist Tax Officers with mailings of client tax documentation
- Communicate with the CRA and RQ
- Follow established standards and procedures

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Ability to organize data with meticulous attention to detail
- Resourcefulness and ability to demonstrate strong technical skills to assist with digital documents
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

**Nice-to-have**
- Knowledge of basic data analysis using pivot tables, filters, and rules
- Previous office administration experience
