**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update (in conjunction with external counsel) corporate documents and resolutions, and manage, track and file various corporate registrations on a global basis
- In conjunction with the Senior Corporate Counsel, review and prepare standard documentation for various global business units
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global functions (e.g. Finance, HR, IT) and work on diverse local and global internal initiatives
- Provide some administrative support, including file management and document preparation, preparing agendas, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, etc. as required
- Liaise with lawyers, outside counsel, and the business as directed by the Senior Corporate Counsel
**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years’ relevant experience working in the legal department of a large corporation or law firm, with experience in an international corporation as an asset
- University degree or college diploma or completion of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario certification
- Experience managing and preparing corporate records and regulatory filings (minutes, resolutions, annual returns, filings, etc.)
- Demonstrated time management, organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects and meet deadlines
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt and grow with the business
- Advanced computer skills and strong working knowledge of DocuSign, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience and/or familiarity with general commercial agreements is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time, effectively adapt to changes in those priorities, handle competing demands, meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adopt a flexible work schedule from time to time to accommodate international time zones and/or peak work periods.
- Possess a sense of initiative
- Highly organized, detail oriented with a focus on time management
