Receptionist / Administrator / Sales

Duties:
- Greeting clients in positive, friendly and professional way
- Efficiently manage appointments using the spa's booking system.
- Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and provide receipts.
- Be knowledgeable about the spa's services, packages, and promotions.
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
- Promote and sell spa retail products to clients.
- Provide information on products and assist with purchases. (training provided)
- Address client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded before closing.
- Bid farewell to clients and express gratitude for their visit.
- Stay updated on new spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a reception or/and customer service
- Experience in a sales or beauty setting is a plus
**Skills**:
- Professional and polite communication
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office for documentation and communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to multitask and work under pressure during busy season
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
