**Responsibilities**:

- Autonomous Interaction: Independently engage with brokers and customers in specific instances, ensuring exceptional customer experiences through clear communication and adept problem-solving, furthering your mortgage business's reputation and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Agent/ Underwriter
- A successful track record in sales
- Bilingual/multilingual considered a great asset
- Experience with Filogix
- Underwriting experience
- Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset
- Able to multi-task
