Job Title: Mortgage Broker/Agent

Location: Ontario, Canada

Job Description: As a Mortgage Broker/Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their mortgage needs and guiding them through the home financing process. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, assessing clients' eligibility for mortgage loans, and recommending suitable mortgage options to meet their specific requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their mortgage eligibility.

Analyze clients' financial situations, credit histories, and property information to identify suitable mortgage options.

Present and explain mortgage options to clients, providing guidance and advice throughout the decision-making process.

Collaborate with lending institutions and negotiate mortgage terms and conditions on behalf of clients.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, mortgage products, and lending policies to provide clients with the most relevant and current information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate referrals and expand the client base.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the mortgage industry.

**Qualifications**:
A valid mortgage license issued by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) or willingness to obtain one.

A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Part-time hours: 10-40 per week

**Salary**: $37,513.93-$190,023.64 per year
