**Overview**
360 is a unique cooking experience venue that hosts interactive cooking classes, private dining events, culinary workshops, and corporate team-building experiences. We focus on creating memorable, hands-on culinary moments with bold flavors, strong hospitality, and fun, educational energy.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute interactive cooking classes, workshops, and chef-at-home private dining events.
- Prepare, cook, and present meals for private events and group classes with attention to timing and guest experience.
- Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional manner.
- Ensure mise en place and kitchen readiness before and after each event.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Occasionally develop or adapt menus for classes and events.
- Coordinate with other staff and contractors as needed (servers, dishwashers, event coordinators).

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of professional kitchen experience with chef responsibilities. We mean chef as the person in charge of the whole kitchen
- Experience leading or assisting in cooking classes or culinary demonstrations is an asset. (We can train you. Comfortable with public is a must.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, punctual, and adaptable to different event formats and audiences.
- Must be available evenings and weekends as most events occur during these times.
- Good command of global cuisines. Must be comfortable with a variety of cuisine from Italian, French, Thai, etc.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
