360 is a unique cooking experience venue that hosts interactive cooking classes, private dining events, culinary workshops, and corporate team-building experiences. We focus on creating memorable, hands-on culinary moments with bold flavors, strong hospitality, and fun, educational energy.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and professional Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is confident leading interactive group events, comfortable cooking for private groups, and excited to share their culinary knowledge in an engaging, approachable way. This role is perfect for chefs who enjoy variety, creativity, and working directly with guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute interactive cooking classes, workshops, and chef-at-home private dining events.
  • Prepare, cook, and present meals for private events and group classes with attention to timing and guest experience.
  • Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional manner.
  • Ensure mise en place and kitchen readiness before and after each event.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Occasionally develop or adapt menus for classes and events.
  • Coordinate with other staff and contractors as needed (servers, dishwashers, event coordinators).

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional kitchen experience with chef responsibilities. We mean chef as the person in charge of the whole kitchen
  • Experience leading or assisting in cooking classes or culinary demonstrations is an asset. (We can train you. Comfortable with public is a must.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, punctual, and adaptable to different event formats and audiences.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends as most events occur during these times.
  • Good command of global cuisines. Must be comfortable with a variety of cuisine from Italian, French , Thai, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
