**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conducting Elogs/HOS audits consistently across the fleet.
- Compiling new driver documents to process along with assigning online courses and setting up driver drug tests for onboarding hires and quarterly pulls.
- Assisting Owner Operators and Company Subcontractors are setup with WSIB/3rd Party A&B Insurance policy.
- Preparing IFTA, NY HUT reports and preparing for insurance renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with all divisions of Operations, Dispatch, Accounting, Fleet, recruiting.
- Handle orientations with new onboarding drivers along with road tests. (DZ)
- Assist in the investigation of accidents or incidents. Compile accident reports from drivers when needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience in Safety, Compliance & Fleet within a cross border Transportation company.**:

- **Strong knowledge of Hours of Service, Canada and USA.**:

- **Experience with Elogs.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.**:

- **Preference to applicants with a CDL. (DZ)**:

- **Knowledgeable with IFTA, NY HUT Reporting.**:

- **Experience with all Insurance renewals within the Transportation industry.**:

- **Driver pay experience an asset.**

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Work Location: In person
