**Responsibilities**:

- Selling and servicing Auto, Fire and Living benefit products.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to new as well as existing clients.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Engage with clients and create relationships
- Work in a team environment to achieve the agency goals.
- Need to be able to quickly respond to client needs and recognize additional opportunities.
- And possess the ability to have fun while doing all of the above

**Requirements**:

- Want to work with a fun, knowledgeable team, focused on helping our clients and community.
- High level of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Property & Casualty license OTL (preferred/must be able to obtain)
- LLQP license (preferred/must be able to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,400.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- OTL and or LLQP License (preferred)

Work Location: In person
