As a member of The Liftsafe Group of Companies, PARCS is a full-service company that can be a one-source solution to all your facility needs; since 2001, we have offered a complete line of safety services including playground installation, safety inspections on a wide variety items, on top of maintenance and repairs of your recreational and playground equipment.

We are looking to add talented individuals to our team to assist with equipment inspections and playground installations.

The primary duties and responsibilities of the technician include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Conduct regular inspections on equipment
- Perform minor repairs
- Provides customer service by acting as liaison between customer and office
- Repair equipment as required
- Evaluate and make recommendations regarding repairs
- Builds and maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting methods and techniques for improvement
- Documents inspection actions by completing forms, reports, and inspection checklist
- Builds and maintains customer confidence by maintaining a good response time, informing customer of problems, and completing the job in a timely manner
- Assist with playground installations

Qualifications include:

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and understand technical data
- Ability to work in elevated areas - working at heights proof of completion required
- Ability to use hand tools and trade type tools
- Ability to operate cell phone and handheld tablet
- Ability to operate a forklift and Manlift equipment.
- Ability to mitigate additional damage by working with a high degree of precision and control
- Strong working knowledge of lockout/tag out procedures
- Ability to accurately document inspection activities
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Current G Class Valid Driver's License with clear status

**Salary**: $18.00-$33.59 per hour

**Experience**:

- Inspection: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Playground Inspection: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- G1 / G2 / G License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
