**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated Door to Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Dontract Inc. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts by engaging potential clients directly in their neighborhoods. You will play a crucial role in promoting our home renovation services and contributing to our mission of enhancing living spaces.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to promote Dontract Inc.'s home renovation services.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a door-to-door setting.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ajax, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Door to door Sales: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
