**Northbound Sales Training** helps B2B sales teams across Canada improve performance through proven sales training programs. We are looking for a part-time Business Development Representative to join our team.

Northbound has been providing cutting edge sales building programs to sales teams for over 15 years. Past and current clients include Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, TD Bank, Rogers Publishing and Aeroplan. Our sales team development programs have been developed, refined and proven and are delivered live online, in-person or hybrid.

- Compensation: Base $25/hour + for hitting realistic KPI’s.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Outbound prospecting using various communication channels to medium sized companies with B2B sales teams. Buyers are typically Vice-Presidents of Sales. The objective is to create interest in Northbound’s offer of a complimentary sales training workshop for their team.
- Sales strategy development
- No lead generation required.
- Some sales support

**The Person**:

- Initiative without “cold call” reluctance
- Comfortable with professional phone conversations
- Exceptional communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ideal for someone local to the Collingwood, South Georgian Bay area looking for professional part-time work
- Entrepreneurial minded. The big corporate world isn’t your thing
- Minimum 2 years direct selling experience is a bonus but not essential. We’re a sales training company and can train you
- Proficient in the use of technology and software. We’re Mac-based and all hardware is provided.
