Client Service Representative

This position is temporary for 9 months with a high probability of contract renewal and conversion to a permanent position.
Reporting to the Advisor Relations Supervisor, you will:
- Answer incoming calls in an efficient & professional manner, active listening is essential
- Provide accurate and detailed responses for phone inquiries
- Follow-up on pending requests
- Escalate outstanding issues to Supervisor in a timely fashion
- Ensure every interaction is memorable using the STAR qualities (Seamless, Trustworthy, Attentive, and Resourceful)
- Actively participate in a daily management meeting for process and improvements
Your career path looks like this:
- Ideally 2-3 years of call center/processing experience in the mutual fund industry
- Completion of IFIC Operations course (asset)
- Fluent in both French and English due to frequent interactions with English and French speaking colleagues and partners
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Must be able to provide optimal service and support to advisors
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn new process and procedures
- Adapts quickly to change
