**Location**: Quebec City
Reporting to the Customs Manager, the Technical Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of technical duties to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customs entries and maintenance of clients' import databases. This includes but not limited to researching information on imported products and working with various trade chain partners (clients, carriers, vendors, Customs, and other Cole branches) to affect the release and final accounting of customs entries.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma
- Computer literacy
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct work experience as a customs brokerage rater
- Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures
- Industry-related studies required (CCS, professional designation, CTCS, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills
