Square Nine Developments is looking for a Receptionist/Office assistant to work at our main office located in Burnaby.
Training will be provided for all aspects of the job.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consistent emphasis on superior customer service and attention.
Coordinate Purchase Orders for construction sites.
Provide information, and answers to inquiries, as needed.
Office manitanence and material orders.
Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner.
Maintain social media up to date with site developments.
Coordinate company events.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
Basic Real Estate Knowledge is a plus.
Positive and energetic person with excellent people skills.
Fluent in English and have excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Can multi-task and pay attention to detail and you are always punctual.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
Attention to detail and aptitude for problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and work independently with mínimal supervision.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
**Valid Driving Licence is a must.**

- Secondary School (preferred)

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
