Sales Representative for Beauty/skincare Products

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote and sell our beauty and skincare products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable product recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and stay updated on industry trends and new product launches.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of our products.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and product performance.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
