Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Family Support Worker/Admin to join our team. In this dual role, you will provide direct support to families while managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the individuals we serve and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support and guidance to families and individuals with disabilities.
- Assist families in accessing community resources and services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external partners.
- Participate in staff training and development programs.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in social work, human services, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in family support or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
