**About FansFans**:
FANSFANS is an **influencer marketing department** under Fantuan Delivery. It provides social media (eg. Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok, etc.) influencer promotion services for merchants in North America or with the intention of going overseas. The company has 8,000+ Influencers resources in North America, and uses big data algorithms to match Internet celebrities that are most suitable for merchants to provide services. At present, our service has covered 40 large cities in North America. Provide more efficient and convenient services for the influencer marketing industry in North America.

**Job Title**:Business Development Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting cold call and develop any potential clients who might have the demand of influencer promotion, and convert them to paying clients
- Facing local merchants, understand the business status and marketing needs of the merchants, understand their needs of influencer promotion, negotiate and reach cooperation with the merchants.
- Incorporate the marchant’s marketing strategies, policies and marketing activities to independently plan an influencer marketing campaign/promotion to increase the traffic of the merchant.
- Maintain new and old merchants, establish stable and high-value cooperative relations, and maintain long-term repurchases of the influencer marketing service.
- Communicate and solve problems in a timely manner when the merchants have any needs, questions or any emergency situation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years marketing sales experience is highly preferred, strong execution ability; self-motivated, upright, honest, reliable and a team player
- Experience in a marketing agency as a BD role is preferred.
- Familiar with the Vancouver influencer market, be good at tapping customer needs and have insight into all new things.
- Love sales and challenges, positive and optimistic, have a strong desire for success and an enterprising spirit.
- Have a strong learning ability and adaptability, adapt to the rapid development of the Marketing industry, be energetic, and have the ability to perform tasks well under high pressure.
- Have strong interpersonal communication and logical thinking skills, be able to accurately catch product advantages and customer psychology, and efficiently integrate internal and external resources to promote sales performance.
- Class 5 driver's licence is required and a car is a must.
- Experience in digital marketing/ influencer marketing/ social media marketing is preferred.

- 8 hour shift
