Project/service Administrative Assistant

Mega Hydronics Inc. is a mechanical service contracting company based in Burnaby, BC which provides mechanical service to multifamily buildings, high rises and commercial facilities.
We are looking for a Service Administrative Assistant to join our growing team to perform the following tasks.
**Responsibilities and tasks include (but not limited to)**:
- Answering the phone.
- Create work orders.
- Assist with scheduling service trucks.
- Using our dispatching software, data entry.
- Assist the Office Manager as needed.
- Process parts orders & vendor invoices.
- Assisting the Project Manager to source material pricing for estimates.
- Assisting the Project Manager to prepare customer quotes.
- General office duties as required.
- Promote company interests on social media.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years related work experience and/or post-secondary education.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, QuickBooks, Outlook)
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivating and resourceful.
- Organizational and filing skills.
- Excellent at multi-tasking.
- Experience in social media including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.
**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
