**OVERVIEW**

The Logistics Analyst assists with the logístical and trading functions of our Global Sugars Group, part of Redpath Sugar Ltd.

**DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

To assist with all aspects of the Redpath GSG function as follows but not limited to:

- Raw sugar inventory management
- Scheduling of raw sugar vessels
- Domestic operations including outside storage
- Contract negotiations
- Vessel nomination and documentation
- Laytime statements
- Financial reporting including budgeting
- Invoice verification
- Operational analysis
- Maintaining trading information and systems
- Raw sugar contracts and futures execution
- Sustainability program
- All other functions as required

**WORK EXPERIENCES**
- Minimum 3 years marine logistics experience in a commodity trading environment preferred.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree

**ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES)**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to work in team environment both internal and external to the company
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- General mechanical understanding and knowledge
- Attention to detail and accuracy
