**Group 4, $ 64,543 - $ 73,342**

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Decision Support. The Programs Support Student Data Administrator is an integral part of the Decision Support Department, collaborating closely with the Learning Services Support Team. Their role involves bridging Prism, Dual Credits, SHSM, and other Learning Services Programs with PowerSchool, ensuring data integrity for Ministry Reporting and addressing the diverse needs of students.

**Qualifications and Skills required**:

- College diploma or bachelor’s degree in information science, technology, computer science or related field.
- 5 + years Board or School experience for an understanding of Policies and Procedures.
- Minimum five years’ experience implementing and supporting Student Information Management systems
- Prior knowledge of ONSIS Business Rules and Procedures
- Prior Student Management Experience
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to Maintain and respect confidentiality and security.
- Ability to work independently in an organized manner, and collaboratively in a team-based environment
