The student will help maintain online resources, test messaging, and improve services based on feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with managing and maintaining the Student Services Hub. - Collaborate with the team to improve student services. - Provide administrative support, including scheduling and event coordination. - Help update online resources and promote available services. - Test new features and gather student feedback on services. - Education: - Must be a student returning to studies in the fall **Experience**: - 1 year part time employment or volunteer experience in education or administrative support. Skills, Abilities & Expertise: - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Professionalism and confidentiality in handling student information. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new software. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. **Why Western?**: Consideration of applicants will include an assessment of previous performance, experience, and qualifications.
