(And yes, the rumours are true: North is a "No timesheet agency.") **Job Description**: As an _Account Executive, Social & Digital,_ you will be working as part of a collaborative account team that develops and delivers strategic, creative client programs. Your job is to tell the client’s story and relentlessly pursue the best ROI, with a focus on driving innovative and impactful content and connections across all brand social platforms to influence, inspire, educate and engage. An essential ingredient of your success is the ability to partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for a passionate team player with a strategic and creative mindset who can create cross-channel media, content, and influencer strategies for our clients. **Some of the amazing work you’ll do**: - Help develop fully integrated communications plans including social media and influencer programs (paid and organic) for world-class brands - Assist with developing and executing both paid and organic social strategies to support client campaigns - Back-end platform experience across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn) - Experience and passion for creating and executing Influencer Marketing programs, including recruitment and negotiations would be an asset - Manage multiple facets of client programs including research and insights, strategy development, paid media campaign and creative execution,, analytics, and reporting - Project manage and coordinate elements of campaigns - including production management and trafficking - Leverage metrics and research where appropriate to define and track performance against client objectives - Social and digital copywriting and proofreading, and demonstrate written and verbal ability to communicate with clarity and effectiveness in internal and client communications - Develop & track editorial calendars for Brand Channels and live event coverage - Contribute to the direction of visual brand content based on client objectives (including video and short format content) working with our creative and production teams - Ongoing research and information sharing of industry & platform brand best practices - Contribute to agency-wide brainstorming sessions **Qualifications**: **Who you are**: - At least 2-3 years of experience in a social media or Influencer agency - Genuine curiosity about how technology and innovation affect how we communicate and evolves social behaviors - Bachelor’s & post-graduate degree in Communications, Advertising, Media Studies or a related field - Passionately committed to collaboration - Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation and communication skills; dynamic team player - Shows strong initiative as an entrepreneurial thinker who can problem-solve and drive projets forward - Superior time management,ability to remain organizied and on top of details juggle competing priorities - Strong proficiency across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tumblr, WhatsApp, Snap, TikTok etc.), with experience using effective measurement frameworks - Ability to understand ad metrics and present opportunities to optimize ad campaigns based on real-time results - High EQ and strong interpersonal abilities to build internal and external relationships with agnecy teams, partners, vendors, and clients - Ability to be adaptable and flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure - Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights and building recommendations to help evolve client wor Additional Information Why North Strategic?
