We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Accounts Payable team This is a 100% in the office position given the nature of the work.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Reconciling vendor statements and payables balancing reports
- Dealing with a high volume of electronic invoice and purchase order matching
- Dealing with invoice discrepancies related to price and quantity
- Performs related clerical functions within the Accounting Department such as filing, recording information, preparing reports using MS Excel, assisting staff and other duties as required
- Performs Special projects as assigned by the Manager
- Excel based record management and reconciliations

**_Requirements:_**
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounts Payable
- Experience in high volume payables environment an asset
- Proficiency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
- High level of skill with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- College diploma or university degree
- A fantastic attitude
