**Tactical Guard - Full-Time & Part-Time** Tactical Protection Solutions Ltd. Edmonton, AB $18-$22/hour (based on experience and site) About Us: At Tactical Protection Solutions Ltd. Our team is growing, and we are currently seeking professional Tactical Guards to join us in protecting our valued clients, properties, and communities. Position Overview: **Responsibilities**: Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites (interior & exterior). Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. De-escalate conflicts and manage challenging situations with calm and authority. Monitor and control access to properties; prevent unauthorized entry. Write clear, detailed incident and daily activity reports. Collaborate with property management and emergency services when necessary. Enforce site policies, rules, and regulations. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a security presence. Observe and report any safety hazards, property damage, or unusual activity. Qualifications: Valid Alberta Security Guard License (mandatory). First Aid & CPR Certification (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. Professional appearance and demeanor. Conflict resolution and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience as a Tactical or High-Risk Security Guard (an asset — training can be provided). What We Offer: Competitive wages: $18-$22/hour based on site and experience.
