**Guardium Security's Mobile Security division is currently seeking experienced, highly motivated and hard-working individuals to join our mobile/tactical team**

**Experienced and qualified individuals will conduct the following**:

- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_
- Thorough understanding of site Post Orders and the Standard Operational Procedures of Guardium Security Services.
- Respond to alarm calls, call outs, vagrant removals and site watches.
- Conduct scheduled site patrols for clients in a safe, timely and professional manner as per Client’s request.
- Respond to, investigate, and report incidents to Supervisor and Operations Manager as required.
- Maintain the quality of both digital and written incident reports; descriptive and detailed, be concise in your writing, and include relevant information.
- Keep a detailed log of completed current, and upcoming tasks. Completing shift summaries with that information, and anything that requires the attention of the upper management.
- Learn job duties and responsibilities of different sites & cover them in the event of emergencies or stand-downs.
- Support the on-site security guards when necessary. Provide guard orientation, site briefing, and training.
- Work cohesively with Guardium Security staff to ensure quality and professionalism in the guard force, thru supervison, coaching and positive reinforcement.
- Reporting to Operations Support Team for any supply, training & fleet needs.
- Ensure that Guardium Security’s mobile vehicles and equipment are well always maintained and in operational condition.

- **You must possess a current Alberta Security License**:

- **You must possess a valid Class 5 Non-GDL driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract**:

- **You must be at least 25 yrs. of age for company auto insurance**:

- **Have or willing to obtain Use of Force Training (CTSS)**:

- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and comprehensive report writing ability
- Ability to multitask is an asset
- Have a clean criminal record.
- Be willing and able to keep up to the physical demands of the job.
- Available to work weekends
- Available to work night shifts
- Driving city streets during a variety of road and traffic conditions
- Use smartphone reporting software to conduct nightly patrols in set areas
- Professional and discrete 2-way radio and cellular phone communications

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
