**Job Expectations**
- Develop and execute test plans for software projects, including task breakdown. Ensure test cases and scripts cover all requirements and design specifications. Execute both manual and automated tests. Complete feature testing across various browsers and mobile devices. Complete regression testing and provide testing progress report to QA Manager
- Collaborate with fellow QA testers to develop test plans and work as part of the QA team to monitor, test and provide feedback on all software releases to ensure an extremely stable dTIMS is provided to clients.
- Work with the Product Owner/Business Analysts/Developers to resolve deviations from requirements.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, QA processes and own tasks to test bug fixes, new features, and releases under the direction of experienced QA. Work as directed on projects that support company goals and brand pillars.
- Participate in Demo sessions, communicate test results to the QA Manager.
- Contribute to creation of automated tests scripts to an agreed quarterly plan, collating previous support issues and testing these for each release.
- Work as part of the global team supporting colleagues and peaks in workload in other teams as required.
- Understand relevant QA SOPs (Process and Automation) and adhere to process. This includes Timesheets and all other corporate compliance actions.
- Assist QA team with maintaining environments and artifacts including lists, work items and documents.
- Collaborate with the QA peers, Product Operations - QA Manager and Director of Product Operations on continuous improvement of Product Quality and Global Customer Service. Adopt this approach to yourself by pursuing continuous learning and improvements to department processes and customer interactions.

**Skill Requirements**
- 6 months to 1 year of experience with software Quality Assurance in a Shift Left environment.
- A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages, and QA methodologies. Familiarity with Selenium Test Automation with C#, Test Plans and Test Cases would be an asset.
- A working knowledge of Performance and Load testing tools such as JMeter would be a plus.
- A good knowledge of quality assurance theory, systems, and practices.
- A basic knowledge of Agile principles and practices
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical data, and instruction manuals.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify software faults, analyze test data, and recommend the appropriate solution.
- Ability to provide quality and timely service to customers and colleagues, while proactively seeking ways to improve service effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to be conscientious, consistent, and thorough, and have a keen attention to detail.
- The position requires strong interpersonal skills and consistently interacts with multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software is considered an asset.
