We are excited to be hiring a **Junior Digital Marketer** to join our team

We are looking for hungry people with some experience, who are hard workers and fast learners. Someone who has just the right mixture of talents and personality traits to become a Digital Campaign Manager in the future. You need a desire to learn, to be intellectually curious, to constantly improve, and have a relentless focus on winning and hitting targets.

Our goal is to help you learn as much as possible about all the elements of digital marketing and promote you to a coordinator position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Upload and launch digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, & other ad platforms.
- Create and edit copies on ad campaigns and landing pages
- Create conversion events on Google, Meta, & other ad platforms.
- Basic optimization tasks on all ad campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of work experience
- Some experience and/or knowledge of enterprise marketing, analytics and data platforms
- Experience in project workflow, status and tracking
- Ability to balance a high volume of initiatives in varying states of completion
- Ability to deal with 10+ clients and team members
- Highly developed organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Strong working ability within PM systems office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivation and dedication to excellence
- Ability to take ownership of work

Work Remotely

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
