We are seeking an experienced **SEO Content Strategist** to join our Marketing team for permanent full-time employment. The person right for this role has a passion for leading the development, management, and execution of SEO strategies.

Collaborating with the Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Director, the SEO Content Strategist will be primarily responsible for developing the Search Engine Optimization content / copywriting strategy and implementation for Experior, ensuring they achieve above-average organic rankings, traffic levels, and conversion rates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing analytics data and conducting competitive research to identify opportunities for improving organic search performance.
- Collaborating with the outsourcing team on current SEO tasks, strategy, and implementation.
- Creating content such as blogs and website articles that will help promote Experior’s brand message and drive website traffic.
- Conducting keyword research to determine which terms are most relevant to the company and finance industry.
- Evaluating how well Experior’s website is performing in terms of SEO and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Developing and executing an SEO strategy that will help Experior’s websites rank higher in Search Engine Results Pages (SERPS).
- Write meta descriptions and page title optimization for Experior’s websites.
- Create and execute link building strategy.
- Determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in digital marketing, eCommerce and/or SEO.
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO strategy, content marketing, content growth and best practices.
- Portfolio of driving an excellent number of conversions that provide quality sales leads.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail, data-driven mindset, analytical skills.
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Proficiency with Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush and other SEO tools.
- Experience working with WordPress websites.
- Handle stressful situations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Have great problem-solving skills.
- An ability to thrive while working with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and works well both independently and in a team.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Takes initiative and willing to find the answer.
- Speaking French and/ or Spanish is considered a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
