**What You’ll Do**:

- As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll focus on providing top-notch service and support to our growing sales team. Your key responsibilities will be:

- Provide tip-top customer service by helping with MMY (Make, Model, Year) lookups and managing special orders.
- Using our world-class tech systems, efficiently handle payments and process orders while making sure to keep our stock levels accurate.
- Create a welcoming vibe for customers by keeping both the sales floor and stock areas clean and pristine.
- Connect with customers to assess their needs and offer expert recommendations on automotive parts and accessories.
- Performing physical tasks, such as lifting, moving, and stocking products, ensuring the store remains well-stocked and organized.

**What do**_**you**_ **bring to the table?**
- High school diploma/GED required; 1+ years retail sales experience preferred.
- Automotive parts experience? That’s a bonus
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - to connect with customers and teammates.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- A valid driver’s license is a must
- Working in the automotive retail industry can be physically demanding. Certain positions require employees to spend most of their workday on their feet and to carry heavy and awkwardly sized items. A reasonable level of physical fitness and flexibility is beneficial.
- Multilinguism is a plus.
