**Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer needs
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of sales records
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and strategies
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a team-friendly environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
