**Full-Time Retail Sales Associate**
**Pay: $23 per hour**
**Location: Brampton,ON**

We’re looking for experienced, customer‑focused **Full-Time Retail Sales Associates** for our Brampton location. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service at the counter and on the phone, including **Make‑Model‑Year (MMY)** lookups and special‑order inquiries.
- Use POS, inventory and product‑lookup systems confidently to process sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend compatible parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back stock; assist with receiving and stocking inventory.
- Support inventory processes (cycle counts, back‑stock organization) and follow loss‑prevention procedures.
- Contribute to store growth by achieving individual sales goals and helping the team meet its monthly targets.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions and new systems via ongoing training.
- Occasionally assist with lifting or moving items up to 40 lbs and deliver parts to local customers.

**Qualifications**
- **3+ years of retail or customer‑service experience** (auto‑parts or technical sales experience a strong asset).
- High school diploma/GED required.
- **Strong computer and systems aptitude**; comfortable learning and using inventory and order‑management software.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; French an asset).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift average orders of up to 38 lbs.
- **Valid driver’s licence** and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work retail hours; availability on Saturdays & Sundays is required.

Working in the automotive retail industry can be physically demanding. Certain positions require employees to spend most of their workday on their feet and to carry heavy and awkwardly sized items. A reasonable level of physical fitness and flexibility is beneficial.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Competitive hourly wage** commensurate with experience.
