We're searching for individuals who are interested in pursuing management positions in a growing and ever-changing business. The Dispatch Manager must have a strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the transportation industry to oversee daily on-the-job functions. This position requires a high level of tact, negotiation, persuasion and decision-making skills.

**Responsibilities**:
Track available drivers and assign them to customers in a timely manner.

Handle customer complaints and find solutions.

Manage the workflow of dispatchers.

Mentor dispatch associates.

Communicate with the dispatcher support staff to ensure the database is up to date at all times.

Coordinate daily activities with the rest of the dispatchers on duty.

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
