**Job Details**: As a Dispatcher at TRH Services, you will be responsible for efficiently managing customer communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting the coordination of on-site work by our technical team. Key responsibilities include:

- Sending quotations and contracts to customers for required on-site work, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for our technical team, considering geographical locations and technical abilities.
- Adding customer information to our system and maintaining accurate records in our CRM.
- Collaborating with our current team to ensure jobs are booked in a timely and accurate manner.
- Utilizing Google Workspace and Microsoft products for effective communication and task management.

**Requirements**: To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in scheduling or dispatching roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and customer inquiries.

Pay: $40,972.46-$62,483.90 per year
