**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with children in a classroom setting, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide caregiving support to children, including assistance with daily routines such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
- Foster an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment that is conducive to learning and play.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team approach to childcare.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to educate and engage children in meaningful activities.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary.
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to their growth and development.

MUST be available to work between the hours Monday to Friday 7:30-5:30.

MUST have a hard copy of their Level 2 certificate.

Pay: From $17.45 per hour
