**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will implement age-appropriate curricula and activities that promote learning through play, ensuring each child feels valued and supported.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support children's development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their growth and development.
- Facilitate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and intellectual growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that encourages exploration and learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Level 2 or 3 certificate holder in Early Childhood Education.
- At least 2 years of working in a Canadian setting Daycares and Out-of-school childcares.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Patience, creative, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Has Valid Certification in CPR and First Aid.
