We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Care Digital Channels team as an **Advisor Product Owner, Digital Channels.**In this role, will be responsible for driving the strategic product direction and management of key customer touchpoints, designed to enhance engagement and improve the overall digital customer experience. This role will work closely with technology partners in driving a vision for Enbridge’s AI lab and support generative AI projects that drive excellence in customer experience, employing agile methodologies.

**What You Will Do**:

- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements and backlog based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, marketing, CX and Contact Centre to ensure cohesive and effective digital experiences.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve product designs.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the digital product experience.
- Present results, insights, requirements, and designs in a compelling way to leadership and partner teams.
- Take ownership of assigned duties and successfully execute all tasks while managing multiple demands simultaneously.

**Who You Are**:
You will have the following combination of education and experience:

- A related bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Digital Product Management, preferably with experience delivering AI projects.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and digital technology.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent prioritization, problem solving and creative thinking.
- Proficient in interpersonal skills including building consensus, negotiation, and facilitation.

**Preferred to have**:

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position will require occasional travel within Canada and US.
