**Novarc Technologies** is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.

**Summary**: As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of our NovEye Assist and Autonomy welding feature. NovEye Assist and Autonomy are Novarc welding features that utilize AI and deep neural networks to make welding decisions much like a human welder would. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- End-User Experience:

- Act as a user expert, incorporating market trends, user feedback, and competitor analysis into product development strategies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to translate customer requirements into actionable user stories and prioritize them in the product backlog.
- Champion the end-user experience throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that features and functionalities align with user needs and expectations.
- Product Development Oversight:

- Work with the Technical Product Owner for sprint planning and retrospectives, driving progress and alignment with the product roadmap.
- Monitor and manage the implementation of product strategy, ensuring that teams deliver on product requirements and meet established goals.
- Manage and attend Huddle meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and updates on the product roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
- Anticipate User Needs:

- Utilize deep market knowledge to anticipate user needs and proactively address challenges or opportunities that arise during product development.
- Collaborate with product management to refine product goals and strategies based on user insights and market dynamics.
- Evaluate Progress:

- Evaluate progress and product iterations, making data-driven decisions on whether to proceed, iterate, or pivot product features.
- Work closely with the product manager to analyze metrics, gather feedback, and make informed recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor degree in a technical field related to robotics, hardware or software required; Master's degree preferred.
- Min. 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software or technology product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience leading Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly features.
- Deep market knowledge and ability to anticipate and respond to market trends and user needs.
- Experience with robotic technologies, welding processes, machine vision, or industrial automation is a plus.

Pay: $64,351.58-$103,261.89 per year
