**About the Role**:
The Digital Production Intern will support the Content Services team by assisting with digital production workflows, vendor management, documentation of best practices, and ensuring file integrity throughout various processes. This role provides hands-on experience in digital production, agile workflows, and accessibility standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital content creation and maintenance.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist with the vendor conversion process and review file integrity to ensure quality control.
- Document frequently changing process specifications as new tools are built, vendors are onboarded, and the Digital Production team develops new skills in video, animation, and interactive production.
- Support product maintenance requests and workflow improvements.
- Assist Scrum Masters and Digital Production team members with administrative tasks related to agile workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and best practices, which will be critical for onboarding new team members.
- Review and update Confluence documentation, ensuring it reflects current best practices and processes.
- Research and implement accessibility best practices, sharing insights with the broader Digital Publishing team.
- Provide vendor support, ensuring files are received and distributed to the appropriate Scrum teams in a timely manner.
- Assist in the creation of short, specific training videos for key digital production concepts, working closely with team members to ensure clarity and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of digital production workflows and vendor management.
- Experience with process documentation and best practices.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and production team workflows.
- Basic knowledge of digital accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and Jira.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience with video, animation, or interactive production.
- Exposure to UX design and accessibility compliance.
- Basic knowledge of web content management systems.
