**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Renovator/Carpenter**, your role will include, but not be limited to:

- **Demolition & Disposal**: Safely and efficiently demo existing structures, including removal and proper disposal of construction debris.
- **Reading and Interpreting Plans**: Be able to read and understand blueprints and layout plans for renovations, ensuring accurate execution of tasks.
- **Framing**: Construct and frame walls, floors, and other structures, ensuring they are built to code and aligned with project specifications.
- **Drywall & Finishing**: Install, finish, and repair drywall, ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes for final painting.
- **Carpentry**: Perform various carpentry tasks, including trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom woodwork.
- **Tile Work**: Install tiles for floors, walls, and backsplashes, ensuring precision and quality in grout lines and finishes.
- **Painting**: Prepare and paint surfaces to a high standard of quality, ensuring clean lines and smooth finishes.
- **Plumbing**: Assist with basic plumbing tasks, including installation of fixtures and pipes as required.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
We are looking for someone with the following:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential renovation or carpentry (more experience is an asset).
- **Skills**: Proficient in carpentry, drywalling, painting, tile work, and general renovations.
- **Knowledge**: Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and follow building codes. Basic plumbing experience is a plus.
- **Reliability**: Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality work.
- **Safety-conscious**: Ability to work safely, following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean job site.
- **Team player**: Able to collaborate effectively with a small, close-knit team.
- **Own Tools**: Preferred, but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
