**Full job description**

Menard Financial (363 Sioux Road, Sherwood Park, AB T8A 4W7) is a consistently growing financial services company who requires an additional Advisor Assistant to join our Life Insurance Team. This is a full time or part time position depending on your qualifications, ranging from 20 - 35 hours per week Monday through Friday.

Interested Applicants must:

- Have a **minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience**:

- High school (grade 12) completion with diploma
- Be knowledgeable with Investments and Insurance or have demonstrated ability to learn
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is an added asset
- Be organized, have excellent proven time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High degree of adaptability and effectiveness
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Be fluent in English

Job duties
- Filing, data entry, and other office duties as required
- Reviewing leads and identifying client opportunities within the block
- Booking client meetings and uploading appropriate documentation
- Prepare client documentation with excellence and assist with completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow ups and building rapport
