**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, providing exceptional customer service while effectively communicating their needs to the service department. Your expertise in automotive repair and strong sales skills will help ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the work to be performed.
- Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar to optimize workflow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all sales.
- Collaborate with mechanics to relay customer concerns and facilitate effective communication regarding repairs.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to dealership standards.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Solid mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Experience in cash handling, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Proven sales abilities with experience in upselling services or products.
- Background in automotive repair or as a mechanic is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Permis/certificat:

- Permis de Conduire de Classe 5 (Obligatoire)

Disposition à l'égard des déplacements professionnels:

- 25 % (Obligatoire)
