**Parts Advisor **to join our team Reporting to the Parts Director, you will reserve parts for appointments, process orders directed by the service department, & process all internal stock car estimates.**BMW MINI Laval Offers You**:

**Your Day to Day**:

- Monitor work orders & allocate parts as needed
- Handle parts
- Contribute to managing inventory, ordering parts, & special orders
- Clarify customer needs that help locate required parts or service & suggest related parts or service
- Track, reorder, & special-order inventory
- Sell parts at the counter
- Collect payments or obtain credit authorizations
- Maintain customer files in order
- Supply stocks & prepare orders
- Locate parts out of stock from an external source & place an urgent order if necessary
- Notify the service advisor & customers when ordered parts come in
- Return items not picked up to suppliers
- Check the workshop quotes to ensure that the parts ordered are appropriate & that the prices match the quote

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Must be **bilingual**:

- Automotive experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- CPA card
- A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
