**Sales Representative (Trading)**

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Representative (Trading) responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

- Selling commodity goods sourced from around the world to key customers in segments such as, Foodservice, Meat Processing, Food Manufacturing, Large Format Retailers and Wholesalers
- Focusing on protein sales (Meats, Seafood, and Poultry) in the commodity market
- Build and maintain a robust partner portfolio with a focus on mutual success
- Continued self-development to understand the Protein Industry and to stay on top of emerging trends
- Maintain records to comply with company, and government standards
- Ensure compliance with Marketing and Human Resources Programs
- Embrace Change and be a Brand Champion
- Other Duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Experience in protein procurement and purchasing considered an asset
- 5 plus years of previous experience in Commodity Protein Industry required
- Be relentless in developing relationships that become sales partnerships
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues, and staff
- All applicants will be required to complete a criminal and financial background check
- Ability and willingness for travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Eager to learn and always looking for new challenges
- Position location: Greater Toronto Area preferred
