**Role Overview**
The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for Marketing WOW Liaising with external agencies and the sales teams to ensure the successful execution of sales & marketing strategies to sell homes in communities, as well as enhancing the value of the Dunsire Developments brand. The Manager will be accountable for the timely execution of Marketing initiatives, execution and schedules that deliver the right communication, and help deliver the right product to market, at prices that will attract purchasers and meets or exceeds sales and profit targets while improving the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Internal Sales Collaboration**
- Schedule, lead and manage operation of Marketing project schedules, budgets and external partners.
- Own all community specific agency partner meetings (Sales, Marketing, PR) and provide thoughtful, strategic insight to help the team achieve overall project goals and vision.
- Analyze CRM sales data and feedback from agencies to refine strategies for each segment on a weekly basis.
- Accountable for the set up, and presentation of Sales Centres, Off Site Sales location, virtual offices, and Model Home Sales Offices including Broker presentation events as it relates to branding and marketing materials.
- Produce, proof, and maintain appropriate sales materials.
**Market Analysis and Strategy**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals for both segments.
- Ensure timely reporting and execution of all deliverables for the Sales & Marketing department utilizing internal and external resources.
- Accountable for the creation and execution of all department project schedules.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in both New Home Developments and Purpose-Built Rental sectors.
- Set up ongoing improvement/management of Dunsire’s CRM tool, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
**Digital Campaign Management**
- Plan, schedule and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, addressing the specific needs of both property types.
- Ensures websites are always up to date.
- Own, oversee and ensure all digital marketing aligns with Dunsire’s brand identity while speaking to the target audience.
**Social Media Management**
- Oversee all social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement, tailoring content to the interests of audiences in both sectors by working with external partners.
- Ensure the Dunsire Branding Guidelines are adhered to while maintaining consistency across New Home Developments and Purpose-Built Rental materials
**Branded Materials and Consistency**
- Determine, schedule and manage the creation of branded materials as required to maintain consistency across both New Home Developments and Purpose-Built Rental projects by working with internal and external resources.
- Uphold the Dunsire Branding Guidelines for all communication channels and materials, reflecting the unique attributes of each property type.
**Corporate Project Management**
- Ensure timely distribution of New Sales documentation to internal and external team members.
- Own, organize and maintain all Sales & Marketing documents, files, processes.
- Own, update and distribute weekly internal reports.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3-6 years marketing experience in the new home construction industry would be an asset.
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Knowledge and ongoing curiosity of the marketing landscape including consumer behavior, media consumption, creative trends, and social media.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, or other web content management systems would be ideal.
- Experience working with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google, etc.) is an asset.
