Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager, based in Hamilton, ON. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Store and brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost revenue. Key responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Additional duties include creating promotional materials, coordinating events, maintaining social media presence, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, door to door campaign, events Campaign Management, and Brand Strategy.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Analytics, Performance Metrics, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
  • Strong skills in Content Creation, Social Media, instore event Management, and Communication.
  • Project Management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry or hospitality sector is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset.
