- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
- o Build and manage quarterly marketing plans based on business goals likerevenue, orders, and retentiono Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and multi-channelcampaignso Create brand messaging and value propositions for both B2B and D2Caudienceso Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and align campaigneffortso Track campaign results across all channels and report on key performancemetricso Manage the overall marketing budget, invoices, and campaign spend
- Digital Advertising (Paid Media & Performance)
- o Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIno Set ad budgets, define targeting, and monitor performance goalso Optimize ads based on performance data to improve ROAS and CACo Run A/B tests and analyze user behavior to improve ad creatives and landingpage conversion
- Social Media (Content & Engagement)
- o Post engaging content regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikToko Develop a consistent posting schedule that highlights services, milestones,and team cultureo Respond to comments, messages, and DMs across all platformso Build and manage creator and influencer partnerships to boost reach and

- o Track social media engagement and identify high-performing content
- Website Content & Optimization (Sales & SEO)
- o Write and manage content including landing pages, product pages, and casestudieso Regularly update the website with new items, bundles, testimonials, andsuccess storieso Publish blog content with an SEO focus using keyword research and on-pageoptimizationo Improve website UX and conversion through A/B testing, heatmap analysis,and collaboration with the e-commerce teamo Ensure product listings are accurate, current, and aligned with activepromotions
- Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement
- o Coordinate trade shows, local pop-ups, and other marketing eventso Build relationships with local businesses, print communities, and industryorganizationso Support public relations efforts around product launches, milestones, andcommunity initiatives
- Team Collaboration & Project Management
- o Work closely with freelancers, agencies, and junior team members to executecreative assets and campaignso Ensure all marketing materials meet brand standards and comply withplatform and legal guidelineso Maintain timelines, organize assets, and support cross-functionalcommunicationo Perform other marketing-related duties as requiredRequirements:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on growth, digital, or brand
- strategy
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience in industries like manufacturing, print, apparel, or e-commerce is

preferredcampaigns
- Proven success managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn
- Strong writing skills and a good visual eye for content and branding
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and design sense
- Hands-on experience with SEO and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and
- social media insights
- Comfortable working with budgets, setting KPIs, and tracking ROI
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneouslyasset (Google, Meta, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar)preferred
- Completed certifications in digital marketing, advertising, or analytics are a strong
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered

**Experience**:

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role
- Background in industries such as print, apparel, manufacturing, or e-commerce is
- preferred
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns with measurable success
- Experience managing multiple marketing channels at the same time
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teamsPreferred Education/Certifications:

- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in digital marketing or advertising from platforms such as Google, Meta,
- HubSpot, or Hootsuite
- Additional online course completion from platforms like Coursera, LinkedIn Learning,

or Udemy is an assetor paid media is preferred
- Ongoing learning or professional development in areas like SEO, content marketing,

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
